About

About The Wheel Press

The Wheel Press is a news source and reference guide for complex rehab technology: powerchairs, manual wheelchairs, power assist devices and seating systems.

What you will find here

News and guides from across the industry. We report launches from manufacturers’ announcements and the trade press, name our sources, and say what is still unknown. A searchable model catalogue and a jobs board are on their way.

How we report

Specifications come from the information manufacturers publish, and we say when a claim is the manufacturer’s own. Where we could not establish a value, we say so rather than guess. Ranges change, so always confirm details with the manufacturer or a supplier before you make a decision. If you spot something wrong, email barry@complexrehabgroup.co.uk and we will correct it.

The Wheel Press does not give clinical advice. The right equipment depends on the individual, so please speak to a qualified clinician.

How we are funded

Brands can pay for sponsored placements. Anything paid for is always labelled Sponsored, and it never changes the specifications we list for any product.
